Today, I can quote one of my favorite songs by the Gin Blossoms: "Twenty-nine you'd think I'd know better, Living like a kid..."

Maybe those words don't describe me completely, but I like the song and it's the only one that I could think of that had 29 in it.

Regardless, I'm now officially 30-1 years old. Today's very relaxed celebration includes: lunch with Missy at Tastings, pizza and wings with some friends/family, margaritas (no more straight up tequila shots though!), watching the Sabres vs. Leafs (if only I could get the HD feed...), spending quality time with my Xbox 360, and playing Pigs, Sequence, or any other silly board game we can muster up.
